I wrote all of the music for this Nintendo 64 using actual TB-303 samples. In order to achieve the effect of the TB-303's cut-off and resonance knobs being turned as the music plays, I samples around 3 dozen different versions of each note and triggered different samples to give the effect of the TB-303 playing live.
Wetrix is a 3D puzzle video game, created by Zed Two and sold to Ocean Software in 1997 for publication on Nintendo 64 in 1998. The game was ported to personal computers running Microsoft Windows 95/98; to the Dreamcast, as the enhanced remake Wetrix+; and to the Game Boy Color, as Wetrix or Wetrix GB.
